Canadian Management Consultants (CMC) is a company devoted to providing pre development Management Consulting services to Organizations working in International Project Development.
CMC operates in strategic partnership with Canadian International Development Consultants and King Coca Beverage Corporation (KCBC), to promote Trade and Investment between North America and Global Emerging Economies.
CMC assists its clients to obtain funding through International funding agencies such as the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The Company specializes in preparing Business Plans and Project Proposals to International Development Agencies such as the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
We seek a highly competent and committed Director of Investment Marketing for the new Canada Business Development Center (CBDC) in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The Canada Business Development Center (CBDC) will be the most cost effective catalyst for Trade, Travel and Investment between North America and exploding business markets of the world, such as China and India.
CMC seeks to establish several Joint Venture operating entities in Colombo, commencing in June 2014, based on previously completed pre feasibility studies:
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for ensuring proper internal controls and timely financial reporting.
• Negotiate and successfully conclude Joint Venture and Strategic Alliance agreements with Global public and private sector organizations, on behalf of U.S. and Canadian clients.
• Participate in the strategic direction of the company, and play an active role on the executive team.
• Establish and ensure compliance of a corporate code of ethics.
• Provide Management Consulting services, as required.
Requirements:
• Relationships: Highly developed emotional intelligence to build strong internal and external relationships.
• Negotiation Skills: the ability to negotiate win -- win contracts for our International clients.
• Communication Skills: highly developed communication and presentation skills.
• Academic Background: Preferably a Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant and \ or a Masters degree in Business Administration.
• A minimum of five years of significant senior management experience.
• Impeccable honesty and integrity.
